So, I decided to post the photos over two days, so no one's computer slowed down too drastically.
I think Wicket loved exploring. He is usually so timid. He kept very close to us. Which I was thankful for. I didn't want him to see any snakes, spiders or squirrels. (oh my!)
Only once did I "loose" Wicket.
We were getting him his water bowl.. when we noticed he was no where to be found.
Then I checked under the car, where he was hiding.
This ring was recently featured on Preston Baile "Bride Ideas" Though, I'm not a bride at all... I still love it! When the ring first came in the mail, I put it on. The ring was a perfect fit, and so comfortable! I wasn't sure how comfortable it would be, since it looked a bit bulky, but I barely noticed it on! The little jewel was so sparkly too. After receiving this ring, I noticed she added a darling pink one into her shop too! These rings are hand cut from acrylic, and as Helen said, it's not an easy thing to do. This ring is definitely something I will cherish, and I hope you will check out her shop too! She's got all sorts of rings and bracelets.
And now, for the outfit details.
Skirt: This is actually a silk wrap from Hawaii
Shirt: Charlotte Russe
Feather Necklace: My own design
Beaded Necklace: A gift from a friend
Black Acrylic Ring: Helena Ribeiro
Driftwood Ring: My own design

ReplyDeleteGorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words.

these are sooo fantastic!! your camera is to DIE FOR!!! :P I especially love the picture of all 3 of you walking, and the ones of Wicket on your shoulders.. he's soo tiny!!
ReplyDeleteoh! and i just love your funky style!! <33
love all the photos you've shared, and LOVE your outfit! :)
ReplyDeletethis is sooo me. going offroading in a skirt. i do this all the time! its a bit inappropriate, espically if there is heavy winds. but i like the contrast bt nature and my fashion. last weekend we went to the creek for a hike and more than once i was having to gather my skirt up so i could climb or jump over something!! lol
ReplyDeleteon a similar note, you guys ever been geocaching? its like a scavenger hunt with a gps. little caches are hidden and you are given coordinates and hints and you follow the gps and find it. sometimes there is just a log to sign. sometimes you can take/leave a small treasure. it something i think you would enjoy!
Weird question. Did you recently have a commisioned photo done of Wicket by Bennett Art?
ReplyDeleteNo I didn't.. Is there another dog like my Wicket?!
DeleteHah, Wicket looks so badass in the seventh picture. Very intimidating!
ReplyDeleteLove these images and your skirt!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures, great post, great Helena's ring!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures! I'm so jealous of your little adventure.

ReplyDeletei was reading some of the other comments about how beautiful it is there, and it struck me too...i never really thought of utah as a particularly beautiful place, but i stand corrected! my husband lived there once, and he's never mentioned how beautiful it is at all! funny, huh? oh well! enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteThere totally is!! When I get home I will try to link up the picture for you. They are twins!
ReplyDeleteThat ring is phenomenal! Definitely adding it to my favourites on Etsy.
