I spent a lot of time working on Sticks And Stones today. I'm just about ready to start listing. I really can't wait! Friday and Saturday will be full of listing the new jewelry. Today I used my wood burner to make pendants from naturally fallen wood. Everything in the Sticks And Stones collection is cruelty free! All wood I use is from naturally fallen trees and drift wood. The feathers are also cruelty free. I think it gives the jewelry a good energy.
I have been debating if I want to open a shop just for Sticks And Stones.. or keep it in Talk2thetrees' Jewelry section. What do you guys think?
I think it's own shop. It stands alone. I am so excited it all looks so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure it can be done, but I think it would be nice if it were a second page on the main etsy page for that collection... It would be easier to sell, since your usual clients can easily access the collection from where they usually go. I don't know if that's any clear? You could also make a second shop but make it obvious on the tree talker shop where people can access your new jewelry collection.
ReplyDeleteMake any sense?
I think your now collection is absolutely beautiful and it inspires me to make a ton of art this summer, and hopefully maybe open my own shop !
Love,
Meg
looks wonderful!!!
ReplyDeleteIt all depends.
ReplyDeleteIf it's another shop, you have to keep creating jewelry.
If you think you'll always be creating jewelry, even if it's not your "Sticks and Stones" collection, then you should!
But if it's just a phase, then I would just keep it in the jewelry section.
I really think all of it's beautiful!
I wish you nothing but the best with your new collection, and maybe I'll be a future sale. :)

I was just wondering how you get holes in the amethyst or the other rocks you are using for necklaces? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful pieces.
