I loved this. To be honest with yourself shows that you think it complete sentences. Rather than on autopilot, living based on instinct and actions. It changes things to an actual consciousness. A conscious life. Confronting yourself with full formed thoughts, or even saying out loud your honestly or your actions. Too often, we live in auto pilot. A million thoughts flowing through our heads, getting distracted, looking up from what you are doing, imagining something random, feeling a feeling, and thinking too many things at once. But with deliberate action, we can slow our thoughts down. Slow them down to where there are no longer random distracting thoughts and feelings, and you are now thinking in full sentences within yourself. And something magical really does happen. Because with your speedy thoughts slowing down, the rest of the world does too.
