New Love And A New Jacket

This post is a bit nerve wracking to make.. I've been flying solo for almost 9 months now. I've turned down a lot of dates and shut off from a lot of flirting. I wanted to take a break from relationships, and I did for a long time. To the point where I was fine being alone, and getting used to the idea of being single for a very long time. Several guys asked me out, several people wanted to be in a relationship.. I said no. It never felt right. I was also writing letters to a boy who was living in St. George. We wrote letters and talked on the phone. Things were nice and slow. I wasn't under any pressure. It was nice. Then, a few weeks ago, the boy from the desert came to visit. There was a point when we were driving together and Timshel by Momford & Sons came on. He grabbed my hand and sang along, "You are not alone in this."  And I felt something I haven't felt in a long time.  So, introducing my new boyfriend, Sterling. He is more like me than anyone I've ever met. Plus he is pretty handsome.

Sterling took my outfit photos for me this week.

It had been a while since he had used a camera,

and it had been a while since I photographed with anyone..

so our photos turned out a bit shaky. 

He did, however get some great candid shots. 

I bought a new jacket a little while ago. 

I fell in love with the back pleats, and the many many buttons. 

It reminds me of a captain jacket.
