Thursday Threads- School Girl

I'm still very surprised that it hasn't snowed yet.
We've had plenty of reports say it would snow,
but we seem to always miss it.
I'm not complaining.
How often do I get to wear this in the middle of January?

 This outfit reminds me of a school girl outfit. 
It's got very minimal colors, and of course is a plaid skirt.
Especially since the skirt isn't a very full skirt at all.
Dress- Handmade (Tutorial here!)
Cardigan- Gifted
Ruffly Socks- Forever 21
Black Oxfords- Forever 21
Skinny Belt- Thrifted

    So cute! I've been meaning to make one of those dresses. I have the top, I just have to decide what skirt fabric I want. So many choices...

    Cute outfit! I love schoolgirlish outfits (probably years of having to wear a uniform, hah!) Also I love your hair, it reminds me of when part of my hair was pink!
