I'm still very surprised that it hasn't snowed yet.
We've had plenty of reports say it would snow,
but we seem to always miss it.
I'm not complaining.
How often do I get to wear this in the middle of January?
This outfit reminds me of a school girl outfit.
It's got very minimal colors, and of course is a plaid skirt.
Especially since the skirt isn't a very full skirt at all.
