The Opposite Of Me

Ever wonder what this would be like if you met your opposite?
I have met mine several times.
It's called Las Vegas.

Vegas is on the way to California, and we always pass through it.
I always end up having fun there, but it also just puts me in a rotten mood.
It takes a lot to make me finally loosen up and enjoy myself.
It's just, not me.

I am quiet, Vegas is loud.
I am pretty classy, Vegas is pretty trashy.
I love trees and nature, Vegas is mostly buildings and lights.
I love to stay clean, Vegas is fairly dirty.
Plus, I don't like to see mostly naked ladies everywhere I look.
(There, I said it!)

Things that were fun:
Eating the best sushi ever at Rock and Roll Sushi
Being told I was very cute, and Brad was very lucky.
(That was as the above picture was being taken.. I'm blushing!)
Having the waitress teach me how to use chopsticks, then coming back to check on me.
And secretly spying on me from across the room.

    Vegas is an aquired taste
I personally love vegas, about 1 time every 2 years...
Disneyland on the other hand I love 24/7 =)

  2. I think thats why I love Vegas. It's nice to be somewhere thats a little different than the day-to-day, maybe even a little "exotic" I guess. We go every year for the Jimmy Buffett concert and I've been a few times with friends. It's nice to let loose and just be different sometimes!

  3. I'm not sure that I would like Vegas either.... I'm definitely more of an outdoorsy girl. I would rather go rock climbing or hiking OR to the beach. I looove the beach. I'm pretty sure I would be annoyed by all of the "naked" girls too...lol

  5. I was born in Vegas but I haven't been since so I still want to visit. That sushi does look great, and don't feel bad, I can't use chopsticks either :p

  6. That sushi looks delicious...I'm with you on the Vegas thing though. I have a good time there because it's all colorful and exciting for the first two hours, but it bothers me because nothing there is real. It's made to be exciting and overstimulating, there's nothing genuine about it. I kind of feel the same way about amusement parks, but I still love those.

  7. I love that picture of you, you look so happy! I haven't ever visited Vegas, and I don't really want to. I feel the same way you do about all the lights and the women... I prefer a nice forest :)
