The other day I was in a bad mood.
I'm really not sure why, but I just wasn't feeling myself.
Brad and I had plans to go to the canyons with my tripod and take photos.
I didn't even want to do that!
I tried everything to get out of the grumps.
I took a nap, I knitted, I tried all my usual things.
Nothing worked.
I could tell the bad mood was affecting Brad too.
He was ready to go up the canyons a while ago
and was waiting for me to stop being a baby.
(My words, not his)
I finally just had to say,
"Enough is enough."
So, we went up the canyons
and took lots of beautiful pictures.
We laughed, held hands and explored.
It rained and I hid my camera under my sweater.
I smiled and forgot all about the bad mood.
I know you've heard me say this again and again,
but happiness truly is a choice.
and as hard as it is to get out of bad moods,
it's possible.
I'm glad I did, or else I would have missed all of this!
Sorry about that kissing picture, but look at that big smile of mine!
Thank goodness for getting out of that bad mood.. right?
The way to happiness?...Keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry. Live simply, expect little, give much. Fill your life with love. Scatter sunshine. Forget self, think of others. Do as you would be done by. Try this for a week and you will be surprised. - Norman Vincent Peale

This may sound silly but in the first picture of the pine trees and the field it looks like there is a wedding ceremony going on. A women in a white dress holding the hands of a man in a tux, whith another man in a tux on there left side. I can't locate them in the second picture of that field ( which I think is kinda cool and mysterious).. Just thought I would point that out and see if anyone else saw it too.
ReplyDeleteI thought I saw the same thing in the second picture. I thought it was just me! That is great.
ReplyDeleteIt IS a wedding couple! They were actually getting photos done there. SOOO pretty. I would love to get married up there!
