Thrifty Finds

I love thrift stores, flea markets and antique stores. In high school my friend and I would do a lot of clothes shopping at them. Since leaving home I haven't done much of it, and oh I missed it! I finally convinced Taylor to have a thrifting day with me. We went to several thrift stores, flea markets and antique stores. Here are a few of my favorite finds.
A nice old book with beautifully odd illustrations.
Miniature portraits,
My acorn jar, which actually came from Utah, but I wanted to include it.
A beautiful wooden box for my art supplies.
Bright red heels in near perfect condition.
Off white cardigan with the original tags still on it. (love when that happens!)
The bowler hat however did not come from a thrift store.
That was something I picked up today in a very excited "I've been looking for you" state.

I'm hoping to make more thrift store trips.
I've got a big bag full of clothes of mine to donate.
I would mind picking up some new skirts and dresses.
What a great way to recycle.
