You Are Looking At..

The happiest girl In the world.
The most excited face ever...

You are looking at the photos taken RIGHT after I heard the news... 

You are looking at the new art teacher for Heritage School. 

Heritage School is a private residential treatment center for at-risk youth.
I will be teaching art to students who need art. 
I'm a very happy girl today.
My face hurts from smiling.

    WOW... that is AWESOME!!!!!!! I'm taking my teacher art exam this month. I already have K-6, English, and Social Science. BUT, my heart is in art. I hope I pass. So happy for you!!!!

    That is so awesome! At risk youth are some of my most favorite people! Making a difference in the life of someone who's been dealt a crappy hand is beyond rewarding and art is EXACTLY what most of them need!

    My husband spent a year at Heritage a few years back. The art classes were one of the things that really helped bring him to a place of calm and healing. A few of his pieces now hang proudly in our home, a reminder of the individuals there who helped change his life. Your talents, light, and love will touch many souls there. This will surely be one of the most profound and challenging chapters of your journey! Good luck and thank you for choosing to share your gift in this way!
